Mica Nguyen Worthy is a partner at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP primarily serving the aerospace industry with experience handling liability claims and international payment disputes. As a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP), Mica assists clients with their international operations including global trade issues, international contracts, international arbitration, and dispute resolution. Mica is a founding Board Member of the Charlotte International Arbitration Society, and is current Chair of the N.C. Bar Association’s International Law & Practice Section. Mica is also currently a member of the Charlotte World Trade Association. Mica has given presentations and has publications on international contracts and international arbitration. She earned her law degree from Campbell University School of Law and is a graduate of the Cologne Academy on International Commercial Arbitration, Cologne, Germany.
