This informative webinar will provide tips and techniques for effective global collections, from the point-of-sale right through working with outside collection agencies. In addition, our presenters will provide real world examples and insight into the local law and common legal procedures.

Session agenda highlights:

Ensuring Payment from B2B Customers

 Steps to Take After the Due Date

 Advantages of Retaining an Outside Collection Agency (OCA)

 OCA In-House Procedures

 When to Place Accounts

 Legal Process Overview

The program will conclude with an interactive Q & A session, where we will happily take questions in your native language!
