SPEAKER BIOS:

Richard Clark is the Director of Corporate Credit for Parker-Hannifin Corporation, based in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to Parker, Richard served as the Director of Global Credit for the Industrial Technologies Sector of the Ingersoll-Rand Company. He has twenty-five years of experience in credit and trade finance and has been actively engaged in global markets and risk management. He has been active in various trade associations and has served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of FCIB/NACM. He has made numerous presentations on international credit and trade finance and has sat on many panels throughout his career.

Richard Clark has traveled extensively, to over forty countries world-wide, and has managed teams that support both export trade and international, in-country receivables. He is a member of the ICTF Board of Directors.


Mike Straniak
is the Corporate Credit Manager at Parker Hannifin Corporation, a leading worldwide manufacturer of motion and control technology systems with over $13 billion in global revenues that is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.  Prior to joining Parker, he served as Manager of Corporate Credit and Treasury Services for Commercial Intertech Corp.  He has over 30 years of management experience in credit and finance covering a broad range of industrial sectors.  Mike holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from Youngstown State University.
