Kathy Rotondo
Senior Vice President

Since joining IAB Solutions in 1988, Kathy Rotondo has held a wide range of field and corporate management positions enhanced by her retail and credit background. In 2009, she was promoted to her current position of Senior Vice President, responsible for National Project Operations. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including some of the most recognized consumer products companies in the country. Over the past 25 years, Kathy has developed strategic solutions enabling companies to recover disputed receivables and take control of customer deduction activity. Her extensive experience includes A/R deduction management ventures with Fortune 500 and middle-market companies nationwide. Kathy utilizes her in-depth knowledge of accounts receivable best practices, ERP systems, deduction management, resolution and recovery and has been instrumental in building long standing client partnerships for IAB. She is committed to high ethical standards and achieving maximum results for our clients.


Peggy Artz
Vice President, Operations

Since joining IAB in 1995, Peggy Artz has held a wide range of field and corporate management positions. She was promoted to her current position of Corporate Vice President in 2002. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management at Lakeland College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Along with her extensive background in accounts receivable and deductions, Peggy augments her experience with strong analytical and technical skills that result in maximum efficiency and positive results on behalf of clients throughout the Midwest and Western region. Along with her education, Peggy brings extensive experience in the consumer and commercial products, as well as the transportation and healthcare industries. Peggy regularly attends conferences throughout the United States networking and sharing best practices with the credit community. She is committed to creating, supporting and sustaining long term relationships with present and future clients.

 

Pam Carney
Director of Operations

Pam Carney is an expert and thorough leader in deduction management and recovery. Since Pam joined IAB in 1993, she has worked with high profile clients covering a broad range of industries in positions of increased responsibility. She now serves our clients as Director of Operations. Pam joined IAB with strong experience and knowledge in the fields of accounting and finance. Her industry expertise includes SAP, with a focus on FSCM and deduction recovery. She is familiar with virtually every accounting software and a breadth of client industries. Pam is dedicated to delivering results that consistently exceed client expectations.


Angel Garay
Director of Operations

Angel Garay is the Director of Operations for the Midwest Region of IAB Solutions, LLC. Angel joined IAB in 2005 and moved up the ladder to his current position. Angel trains and oversees the Project Managers in the field. He helps out with strategic planning and utilizes his analytical and technical skills to improve efficiencies and accomplish the best possible resolution results for our clients. Prior to IAB, Angel held managerial and supervisory accounting positions in the manufacturing, printing and entertainment distribution industries. He attended DePaul University in Chicago, IL.
