Speaker Bio:


Admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2018, Ronald recently moved to Charlotte where he is an associate in Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP’s Bankruptcy practice group.

Ronald’s practice focuses on complex bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation matters. His background includes a wide variety of business litigation disputes in both state and federal courts, and he has extensive experience representing lenders, financial institutions, businesses, and other interested parties in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases throughout the country.

Prior to joining Shumaker, Ronald practiced for seven years in Miami, Florida, where he was an associate in the bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice of a large regional firm.
