ICTF's Complimentary Webinar: Art & Science of Business Storytelling

*This webcast has been recorded.  Contact info@ictfworld.org for the digital replay.

Live Date: Tuesday, September 11, 2018 - 60 minutes

In the current business environment, where massive amounts of data are the norm, what you communicate and how you communicate it is critically important if you want your audience to understand and act on your message. Only about 5% of people remember individual statistics, but research suggests that people are 12 times more likely to remember something when it has been conveyed through a story. This increased engagement and retention usually leads people to take more action, which is critical in business.

This webinar provides an understanding of basic storytelling techniques and how and when to use stories to maximize the impact of your messages.

After completing this webinar you will be able to:

1. Explain why using stories is very effective
2. Understand how to tailor your stories to your audience
3. Describe elements of effective stories
