A comprehensive six-hour online crash course on Customer Financial Statement Analysis (FSA) designed for Credit Management professionals. Delivered in four 90-minute online sessions, this program provides credit management professionals with a deep understanding of financial statement analysis. It teaches how to use financial statements to evaluate the creditworthiness of your customers and identify potential problems in advance. You will learn the “nuts and bolts” of financial statement analysis from a credit risk perspective and equip yourself with the skills you need to make better credit decisions. The online sessions are engaging and interactive, with practical examples, worksheets and handouts as well as opportunities to ask questions.
