Registration, Substitution and Cancellation Policy: Please note that in order to receive the 'Early Bird' discounts, both registration and payment must be received by the Early Bird deadline. Substitutions of attendees may be made at any time by providing a reasonable advance notice to ICTF. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or credit for any cancellations received within two weeks of the event start date. ICTF reserves the right to assess an administrative fee of $50 for cancellations.
